The Fellow works on a defined scope with light check-ins. You give structured feedback at the midpoint and end. Both sides benefit.

Most projects run 3–6 weeks, typically 10–20 hours per week. We can accommodate focused 2-week sprints or extended 8-week engagements.
Ages 16–22, US-based, vetted through a multi-stage process including written application, interview, and skill assessment. Many have prior internship, research, or freelance experience.
We build in a mid-project check-in by design. If scope shifts materially, we renegotiate the brief together before continuing.
